"Staff was being rude after I boarded the shuttle bus to the airport. He came up to the bus and asked for my name and room number and also asked which side I stayed Sheraton or Four Points by Sheraton in front of other patrons."

"The hotel is ideally located, near the base of Nathan Road, across the street from the Metro, easy walking distance to the Star Ferry, and convenience stores surrounding. Management and staff were superb. The restaurants on site were outstanding. My room and its fixtures did everything they were supposed to. It is obvious that this hotel operates with much skill and pride, and I look forward to my next stay."

"Overall stay was amazing! Location and breakfast selection were awesome, & the room was spacious. The only minuscule negative aspect was the scent of the lobby was not great, as on some days it had a sewerage scent. But you don’t spend much time in the lobby so it didn’t have any impact on our stay."
