"The property was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was right by the pedestrian village, making it very convenient. We had an issue with the HVAC in our bedroom as the fan did not work properly. However, the hotel did offer us another room. We chose not to move rooms as we were given a portable fan which was more than adequate. However, we would have had to take another room if it was during a warmer time of the year. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"the 100$/night upgrade to the 7th gold floor is worth it if you are more then 1 person per room. it gives you access to the lounge area where they serve snacks/food/drinks available pretty much all day. one thing that should mentioned when staying here is they only have valet parking $45/day otherwise you have to find parking on the streets (free). the location is great, service was great. we had a small issue with our room that was an a joining room where we could hear our neighbours. we asked...
