"The hotel was terrible, messy. Cigarettes smoking all over. The receptionist was not helpful. We really did not able to stay. We left and did not stay, looked around for another hotel which was far better. We tried to cancel, but it was not allowed."

"Room is clean and the staff made an effort to call to inform the original room has issues and changed our room for us upon our request. There’s room for improvement. Need to provide toilet paper and proper floor mat as stepping out from bathroom is very slippery. "
