"Good: Breakfast was the best part. High quality. Just as good as a nice restaurant. Bad: Bed was so uncomfortable - worn out, hard, flat. Not just a firm mattress and not aligning with my taste. Worn out mattress. I stayed March 2-March 5, 2026. I woke up throughout the night all three nights due to not being comfortable. Their pillows were not supportive either (stayed in cabin 25 in case the owners want to improve). Brought my own pillow thankfully. I could hear every noise from the adjacent cabin (two cabins per building). Thankfully, my fellow neighbors didn’t make too much noise. Kept some white noise going. The drive to my cabin was passable but had several inches of hard packed snow and ice on either side of the wheel tracks. Slightly sketchy for passing an oncoming car as it was hard to get out of the deep tracks. It was fine for a solo Big Sky ski trip. But I wouldn’t stay again and certainly wouldn’t bring family here. I wouldn’t hear the end of it. When I come again, I’ll gladly pay several hundred dollars more to stay somewhere else closer to Big Sky with hopefully more comfort."

"More like a fraternity or sorority house because they allow multiple people to stay in these rooms. Obnoxiously loud and honestly not impressed with mountain and especially not the accommodations! Way over priced!!! "

"Underwhelming for a brand new hotel. Was expecting something a little nicer for Big Sky. Was definitely a minimalistic experience. Hardly any staff, no elevator, weird vibe. "

"Staff were great and we had a great room location but the design of the room could be much better. The toilets are bolted too high to the wall. Anyone shorter than 5’4” would have their feet dangle and it’s not comfortable for adults or kids. There could be more hooks in the bathroom. The timed light under the counter could be delayed longer. The luggage holding spot is right under the tv, which kind of interferes with being able to use that space well. "

"Housekeeping didn’t clean my room my last day. The TV or remote in my room didn’t work. The dinner food was mediocre for the price charged. Other than those comments, the staff was excellent."
