"Ira apartments are run by friendly helpful staff. Vaggellis is very helpful and contacted by phone. The pool area is beautiful and clean. Vangellis can arrange tours - the sunset cruise was particularly good. He can arrange car hire if you want. There is air conditioning and a safe. As it was end of season the bar wasn't staffed but you could ask for drinks or pizza or go to the nearby shops. It was what I expected and gave me a very restful stay."

"Rocabella was awesome. From the staff to the breakfast, to the room and stunning views, we would definitely stay here again. Nick at the front desk and Vassilika in the restaurant were standout staff members who provided excellent service. We appreciated the special touches for our honeymoon stay."

"While the overall stay was good, I cannot give a full 5 stars due to a few reasons. Firstly, the staff was very friendly, including the manager Sophia. The view from our honeymoon suite was beautiful and exactly like the pictures online. However, there were a few important issues that made the stay less enjoyable. • Cost of Taxi Transfers / Hidden Costs I highly recommend not booking airport transportation through the hotel. An Uber ended up being significantly cheaper than what we were charged for a simple 12-minute drive. It came to almost $70 CAD, which is unreasonable for such a short trip. On our way back to the airport after checkout, Grand View arranged another ride for us through an external company since we had an early flight. The driver arrived 10 minutes late and then demanded cash payment on the spot. Since it was our last day in Europe, we did not have enough cash left. He then made us walk to an ATM, where we had to pay an additional $20 in ATM fees on top of the already expensive ride. After bringing this concern to Grand View’s attention, I was simply told they were unaware cash was required and then wished a safe flight, which felt dismissive considering the situation. • Ants in the Room While the room itself was generally clean, we noticed a large number of ants beside the bed (photo attached). After informing management, the area was cleaned and sprayed, but the ants returned again the following morning. The room was cleaned a second time, and thank"

"We had the best week at Crystal Blue. What a gem of a hotel. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The pool and proximity to the beach were highlights. We sept so well, and woke each day to a gorgeous breakfast on the sunny terrace. Bar and food was impeccable in both quality and service. Thanks to all the team. We would highly recommend and will be back."
