"Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. The beds and linen are exceptionally comfortable. One of the showers needs a lot of maintenance."

"This was my first stay in a hostel and I am glad it was here. The staff were amazing upon check in. I felt safe and the facilities were clean. It was very close to the airport so made getting transport early the next day very easy. Good wifi. I wish I actually got to stay longer because I feel like there was some fun areas I didn't get to check out! If I come back to Phuket I will definitely stay here again."

"What a beautiful beachfront Adults ONLY resort! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by friendly reception staff and offered a refreshing glass of coconut water during check-in, which is a lovely touch. The porters efficiently take care of your luggage and deliver it straight to your room, making the whole arrival experience smooth and relaxing.
My room was pure bliss—clean, modern, and spacious, with a fantastic view overlooking the pond, lush gardens, and a peaceful massage hut. It really felt like a private retreat.
The resort features four pools, two of which have swim-up bars, along with plenty of sun loungers. I never had any trouble finding a spot, and the pools were pleasantly uncrowded, which made it even more enjoyable. There are also several on-site restaurants, though I didn’t get the chance to try them during my short two-night stay.
Prices for drinks, food, and massages are very reasonable, and the resort also offers a variety of fitness classes throughout the day for those who want to stay active.
Overall, this resort is a true gem on the beach, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning!"
"Stayed in a 2 bedroom family room with a private outdoor pool. Absolute stunning 🤘 great service, very hospitable staff… thoroughly enjoyed 7 days at this resort. "
"We had an incredible stay at Marin Hotel Kamala and couldn't recommend it more. The amenities are fantastic, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight—truly versatile with options to suit every palette.
Pro Tip on Rooms: We highly recommend booking a Pool View Room over the pool access/walk-out rooms. It felt like a much better setup for privacy and overall vibe.
The location is unbeatable. It’s a very short walk to the beach and about a 10-15 minute stroll to the main strip, where you’ll find plenty of accessible shops and great places to eat. There are also several inexpensive laundry options right nearby, which was super convenient.
Of all the beaches we visited during our trip, Kamala Beach was easily our favorite. The sand is lovely, and the vendors are incredibly friendly without being pushy. It’s the perfect balance of lively and relaxing. We will definitely be back!"
Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
6/10 Okay
"Staff were excellent, very attentive. The location of this place though is horrific. It’s in a literal bend on the highway and not what I would call oceanfront. While close to town we had a difficult time getting a car service and not at all walkable to anything."
"Excellent property located in a quite corner of the beach. The breakfast was excellent with great patio dinnig tables on the beach. The room is clean and modern. Pika and Top were excellent breakfast hosts in line with the best restaurants in the world. 800 m walk along the beach to the commercial area with great shops and restaurants.
Some rooms have a challenging access to the beach and front end."
