"A must stay in Chania! Pics don’t don’t do it justice. We had the suite, and it was amazing! The views are incredible. Perfect sunset view every evening with the lighthouse. We also enjoyed watching all of the activity in the square. The hot tub was phenomenal with a picture perfect view each evening. Pablo was very welcoming and accommodating. "Our ocean view balcony was amazing! The suite was well equipped. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a pleasant temperature. The pool deck could have used more lounge chairs. Most days they were being saved and no one was actually using them. Staff needed around pool area. Could enforce rules about not holding loungers with personal items and towels for hours without using the loungers."
