"The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the staff helped us get a taxi for the ride to the airport. We were told the night before that breakfast started at 6, but didn't until 6:30."

"Neither the indoor or outdoor, or even “hot tub” are actually warm! Everything I booked this for was cold and underwhelming. My room was changed three times after waiting beyond 3pm for a room at check in. Again not the staffs fault but the system they use for reservations and accommodations. No amenities or cost deductions were offered to accommodate my family. At one point they gave me a room that didn’t have any of the perks I paid for and still no offer to fix the problem other than for me...

"Clean room. Didn’t like that you couldn’t use the spa pool without paying for it, and the fact that you had to book a massage 3 days in advance. Food was okay, was the same food everyday so if you didn’t like it you didn’t get a chance for anything new."

"I have no clue how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. The hotel was so old and pretty worn out. The photos you see on the website is over photoshopped. I found a long hair in the bathroom floor and the shower walls were stained. "

"The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful. So well-informed. They were able to help us rent a car when none were available at the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is too expensive for guests at $32. But the restaurant staff was very friendly."
