"Extremely disappointed…world class is defined by the smallest of details…small miniature shampoo conditioner and soap barely enough for one person for one use is not only disappointing but a major dissatisfier when attempting to achieve a world class experience…we will not be returning."

"Room was visably dirty and sheets were stained. Pillows were about 5 cm thick and slips through the crack in the headboard. The shower backed up and the bathroom light had no cover, making the ceiling and insulation clear. This hotel should be max 80$ a night NOT $230…."

"Room was clean but small in the 2 queen, dog-friendly room. The room also had an indoor cooling system that was effective but too up quite a bit of space. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had some issues with our credit cards but staff took care of it and made sure no double billing’s. Great hotel circa 1912, beautiful upkeep."

"Booked a camping tent that was nice. Bed was comfy and clean. The fresh air was nice and the view on the horse ride was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom situation was not great and not so clean. Please fix this, you have a great place but you will turn away people if you cant figure that out. Food was decent for dinner but the breakfast was great."

"I booked this hotel back in January. Trip was planned end of June. Upon check-in they said they didn’t have our original room available. (Family of 5) so they gave us a conjoining room. That was fine, however, when I asked if each room or at least one of them has two beds I was told yes. Unfortunately, that wasn’t true. It was one queen bed in each room. So they did give us a rollaway, but still… I also chose to book here trying to keep in mind budget, but accommodations, too. When traveling...

"The property was very dated. The AC rattled quite loudly but was cold. Very simple breakfast with toast and instant oatmeal being the only things. And the people on the floor above were so loud! The property was at least twice the cost of an Econo Lodge property."
