Beautiful apartments located in the heart of kalamata with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything is a walking distance away. Only downfall is the parking in the evening. Everything else was great.

Very nice Apt. Nice ocean view from the patio. Elevator. Easy get in. Very nice restaurants near the sea. Beach was great. Went snorkeling. We had a great time. They provided coffee and daily cleaning. Washing machine too.

Relax with a great view in Kalamata

The apartment was clean and in a great location. It's a across the street from the beach and a short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops. I recommend this to anyone visiting Kalamata!

Clean and modern apartment

Nice and modern apartment with all the facilities and equipment you may need. Shampoo,shower gels and body lotions came in handy too We also liked the view from the balcony and proximity to shops,beach and restaurants.

Excellent view of the beach and the mountains from the balcony. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. Three large bedrooms with a good size shower in one bathroom and a tub in the other to wash my kids. Very kid friendly. All rooms with smart tvs so we could watch Netflix. Daily hotel service, our beds were made and apartment cleaned and organized each day. Highly recommend. This is my second year staying in Kalamata and look forward to next year. I will check this option first!

Recommended stay for couples or families

Our apartment was very well decorated and modern style. It was very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi was indeed super fast, really fast with a dedicated receiver at the door of the apartment to ensure high connection. The apartment had everything we needed to prepare meals in a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Although no breakfast or food was to be provided, they were kind to offer a small bottle of wine, butter / marmelade, milk in the fridge. Plus a nice espresso machine with daily replenishment of the capsules. The balcony was not facing the sea directly but you had eye view of the sea and it was also well equipped. Bathroom was very clean too and high quality shampoo / soap etc were offered. Overall, it was a very upscale experience. The only negative is the parking. The building has no parking (although it is claimed that there is free parking). This can be debatable as parking is free meaning you can park in the streets around the building. It is a challenge though to find a parking space, especially during weekends and holidays.But I guess this is the case in most Greek coastal cities.

Highly recommend! We had a wonderful stay in the 3 bedroom unit which was perfect for 5 people. Very comfortable with new furnishings. The location is great with a beautiful ocean view. The manager Ilias was very nice and responsive.
