This is a nice hotel. I am giving a 4 star review because when I had requested to use the business center, the front desk just employee sent me to an upper floor without telling me where to go and without providing me the password for the computer in the business center.

Novotel Kochi Infopark
Spacious modern , excellent interior throughout . Breakfast and lunch Buffett was exceptional in terms of the quality and quantity of the food available to choose from . Highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay . Thanks team

Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark
Excellent bed, clean room. Attentive staff. Breakfast was substantial but not as tasty as other Kochi hotels. Spa is a bit disappointing, just average.
