"Gorgeous. Rooms and resort have all of the finishing touches for a high end resort. The staff are experienced and add an extra level of class to the place. They were outstanding. The food is another highlight. Excellent sommeliers too! Comfortable beds (and they accommodated the temperature I wanted the room nice and cool). Pools were heated and there were always staff to help with towels and cabanas. The spa is exceptional. "

"We booked a sea view room for two night, we checked in late we got the first night a parking view with partial sea view , after complaining the staff promised to change the room for the second night. After several follow-up we were moved to an upper level room, still with partial see view not as mentioned in the site pictures"

"The hotel is super nice, the sea view rooms are so worth to stay in. Breakfast is international with many options to choose from. The beach and swimming pool is well maintained and the furniture is really new and clean. Rooms are well furnished, the only need to put more effort to clean walkways between rooms and to pay more attention to the small details. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend the hotel and will visit again for sure. "

Schade, dass man sich so stark nach den englischen All-Inclusive Bedürfnissen richten muss (abends lautes Singen auf Terrasse des Hotels bis abends 23h, nachmittags lautes Bespaßungsprogramm am Pool, etc - aber man gewöhnt sich an alles). Aufgrund der All-Inclusive Gäste ist die Qualität des Essens nicht so besonders gut. Zimmer sind hingegen sehr schön renoviert und die Betten bequem. Ich empfehle ein...
