Excellent view,clean and tidy,10-15min walking distance to the township,if you are staying downstairs it does get a little noisy as upstairs patrons are heard stomping and walking around

Great accommodation at a budget price.clean and tidy. Basic Maintenance required..several dripping taps, one of the stove elements not working, and communal cooking smells filled the hallways etc. But at $80 for a 4 bedded room with pristine views and linen supplied, this was exceptional value for money.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Kaikoura Seaside Lodge. Excellent communication regarding access and keys. Great kitchen facilities. Loved the body wash, handwash and towels in the bathrooms. Would recommend highly and will stay next time we are in Kaikoura. A great asset for Kaikoura.
