"Beim Zimmerbezug war die Dusche defekt. Zimmer wurde sofort unkompliziet getauscht. Die neue Keycard wurde von der Reception aufs erste Zimmer gebracht, so dass wir unten nicht nochmal anstehen mussten. Vielen Dank."
