Wonderful hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Conveniently located in the centre of the city, but room was very quiet and you wouldn't have known the trams/buses were outside. Great choice of amenities. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.

Despite we have to cut short our trip due to emergency, we think the hotel is a great one in terms of location, condition of the property and the ambience. We will stay there again.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was within the shopping mall which was convenient. We also recieved a discount for using the parking lot for 2days which was helpful. The staff were very kind. Only small flaw was that the rooms were a bit smaller than expected but workable.

This is a new hotel in a very convenient location, close to the Tenmonkan area. The lobby is spacious, and so are the guest rooms. I had a room with a mountain view—you can sort of see Sakurajima from there, but the best view is from the breakfast floor. They offer a nice selection at breakfast, and some seats let you enjoy your meal while taking in the view of Sakurajima. The only minor drawback is that the parking lot is not directly at the hotel, but overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Excellent location for shopping, transit and dining. Rooms are comfortable - a little dusty in places but sheets and bathroom were clean. Checkin process is a little awkward with a reception desk and then trip to an atm type kiosk to receive keys and complete the process. Lots of toiletries/coffee/tea type amenities available.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, especially the breakfast was very good. The only inconvenient problem was that there was not parking lot in the hotel, and we should walk to and from the parking tower for around a few minutes 😉
