"一人での宿泊でしたが、思っていたより広くて清潔感がありました。 壁の汚れなど、少し気になる点はあったものの、自分はサービスや快適に過ごせるかどうかの方を重視するためそこまで気になりません。 それよりも、デオドラントや無料アメニティ、シャンプー・リンスやコーヒーを置いて貰っていたり 寝巻きやタオルが用意されていることのほうが有り難いです。 一泊でしたが、快適に過ごせました。 朝食のビュッフェは種類はそこまで多くないものの、自分にとっては適量で美味しかったです。"

"Very good place to stay in Kamata, room service was nice and not expected, close to Haneda airport and two Kamata stations. "

"The staff were very welcoming. It was disappointing that our non smoking room wreaked of smoke. The bed was a hard flat mattress and we only got two small pillows. The AC was hit and miss. The size of the room was good and we appreciated having a tub in the bathroom. "

"While rooms are small, hotel had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Conveniently located in Ginza district within walking distance of train station. Onsen was lovely. What struck us most was the inviting lobby setup and checkin as well as open bar/coffee area. Would definitely stay again "
