"The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. "When my daughter and I walked in the lobby we smelled marijuana. We got to our room and noticed that over the bay window area the plaster on the ceiling was coming down from obvious water damage. The carpet was stained. The ceiling was stained. The walls had chips out of them and stains on them. The bathroom tub was stained and disgusting. The ceiling had mold on it. It had a metal grate that was rusted. The place where the hair dryer was supposed to be had been ripped off. The one towel that...

"This is a new hotel that is extremely nice, well appointed and well staffed. In a nice part of Huntsville. Food is excellent in the restaurant. "

"Upon arrival, neither the micro wave or refrigerator worked. They were in a wedge corner cabinet. Had to get on floor and pull both units out of cabinet to find they were unplugged , so that was concerning as to why . Obvious room hadn't been checked prior. I know it's free, but found the items on the breakfast tables bland in taste and a pretty limited selection compared to others I've had at other similar motels. ie only sausage, no bacon, no fresh pastries. "

"They have been working on updating and while it may look a little rough on the outside our room was nice, the bed was comfy, we got a hot breakfast every morning and the staff was great. It is a motel, so it didn’t fee as safe as a hotel, but the safety lock worked and we had absolutely no issues. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, cereal, etc. and was good. It’s budget friendly and I would stay there again. "
