"The best thing about the property was the pictures of the property. In real life the rooms are dated, not very well cleaned, with chipped furniture. The bedding was clean, but the plumbing was horrible (loud and non stop)… the lighting was too dim to see."

"This two-storey apartment hotel was clean, comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, high ceilings. It is located in a quiet residential area, easy access from Sheppard Ave E. I had a Queen with kitchenette unit - very spacious living, workspace and eating area. The bedroom had adequate space, an armoire for clothes, a safe. "The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. The location was very central, within walking distance of a number of Toronto's attractions. Lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was quite good."
