"Una terrible experiencia, lugar inseguro nos robaron las toallas del alrededor de la piscina, lo reportamos para ver cámaras y no nos dieron solución, no obtuvimos ningún tipo de ayuda nos tocó pagarlas con un costo exageradamente alto, también se supone que contratamos un paquete todo incluido y ..."
