"From the photos on Expedia we were excited for our stay at the Inn. Upon our arrival, there was no parking where we had been instructed to park and only street parking was available. Check in was fine. When we walked into our room we discovered it not to be as pictured on Expedia. "Good place to stay for the money. If you can find it. The staff has no idea where the hotel is located. FYI south east of I26 and hwy 68 do not drive 10 miles up to the top of the mountain. Hope you like waffles for breakfast that’s all there is. "

"Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. "
