The housekeeping staff is efficient and attentive. While breakfast is adequate, popular items were frequently unavailable. The policy permitting dogs in all rooms and the dining area may not appeal to all guests.

theoretically, the hotel is pet-friendly and the bowls in front of the reception desk were empty and unwashed for 2 days. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed for breakfast and the problem is that they bark in the room. Bar: whysky sour served without protein (I can understand it) but the recipe didn't include Angostura - it's one of the basic ingredients, and the bartender was surprised. There are also positives: very nice cleaning service, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, fantastic surroundings - close to everything (beach, shop, bakery, outdoor pubs) if open.

Beautifully-situated and pleasant property close to the beach. Well-maintaned and well -managed. One small drawback was uneven housekeeping, but otherwise we enjoyed an excellent stay.

Pobyt w hotelu super, pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne. Jednak, aby opinia była znakomita, należałoby popracować nad obsługa, która ma się wrażenie pracuje "za karę". Na recepcji, jak i na bufecie śniadaniowym.

Hotel położony w przepięknym miejscu oddalonym o kilkanaście kroków od plaży. Śniadanie bardzo dobre i w czasie pandemii dobrze zorganizowane. Czysto i przyjemnie. Polecam!

Relaxing and comfortable stay

Great hotel, well positioned in Jurata on the Hel Peninsula. Friendly staff that accommodated guests well, given the current Covid situation. No daily cleaning, but that didn’t matter for a few nights. Had a extra bedding charge on the account that we had to resolve on checkout that was slightly disappointing, but otherwise no complaints at all. Near the beach and a short walk to the pier and restaurants etc.

Nice hotel

We loved large rooms, comfortable beds, great location, plentiful breakfast and large balconies. However cleaning of the rooms could improve. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned once. To be fair one evening we had No Disturb note.They clean rooms very late in a day- we came back after day out around 6pm and rooms were not touched, even though we put "Please clean the room" sign on. Our second room was cleaned only once in 3 days when we were out for dinner. Paid parking was a surprise too given the remote location.

Hotel w zacisznym miejscu godny polecenia dla osób ceniących spokój i bliskość z natura. Jednakże z roku na rok jest coraz gorzej pod względem wyglądu w obiekcie i dbałości o klienta. Lozka- zagłówki odrapane ,drzwi rozregulowane do takiego stopnia ze za każdym razem jezeli ktoś wychodził z innego pokoju nasze drzwi odskakiwały. Hotel zamawiamy ze względu na sauna,basen. Jednakże po przybyciu brak sauny suchej później brak sauny parowej katastrofa zaniedbania.Propozycja ze strony hotelu kręgle i rowery.Jednakze jezeli ktoś spaceruje godzinami i kilometrami to raczej nie ma ochoty na rower lub kręgle tylko na wygrzanie w saunie by odpoczely mięśnie tym bardziej ze w listopadzie dni sa krótkie. Ogólnie reasumując Hotel traci na swojej wartości. Kamery które zamontowano na parkingu by wpuszczać klienta niestety nie działają Osoba kompetentna i sympatyczna okazała sie Pani Anna recepcjonistka.

Hotel zamawiamy ze względu na sauna,basen. Jednakże po przybyciu brak sauny suchej po tygodniu brak sauny parowej katastrofa zaniedbania.Propozycja ze strony hotelu kręgle i rowery.Jednakze jezeli ktoś spaceruje godzinami i kilometrami to raczej nie ma ochoty na rower lub kręgle tylko na wygrzanie w saunie by odpoczely mięśnie tym bardziej ze w listopadzie dni sa krótkie. Ogólnie reasumując Hotel traci na swojej wartości. Kamery które zamontowano na parkingu by wpuszczać klienta niestety nie działają i za każdym razem trzeba było dzwonić badz chodzić do recepcji by ktoś otworzył barierkę by wjechać autem. W recepcji bardzo mila i kompetentna osoba okazała sie Pani Anna z Jastarni oraz ratownik Pan Rafał.

Excellent service from k at front of house

Received excellent service from front of house staff who put in huge effort to sort out issue. Hotel clean and comfortable but very limited areas to sit and enjoy the weather- mostly around car park area.ok breakfast- nicely presented but not extensive.inky 1 table outside from breakfast room so a bit disappointing. Over all fine for mace to stay probably good fir families.

W hotelu byłem trzeci raz, za każdym razem weekend październikowy, bardzo miło i przyjemnie, w pokojach czysto i obsługa bardzo miła bez wyróżnienia kogokolwiek. Posiłki smaczne, pieczywo świeże bardzo pyszne. Troszeczkę internet kuleje. Jest bardzo blisko do morza i taka sama odległość do miasteczka... na molo (bardzo ładne) troszeczkę dalej. Bardzo fajna ścieżka od mola wzdłuż brzegu morskiego....

Super, meget roligt, beliggende strandhotel beliggende i fashionable Jurata. 300 meter ad privat sti til den lækreste bredeste sandstrand; fedt! Fine værelser med moderne bekvemmeligheder, fornuftigt virkende wifi- Kedelig morgenmad og kedelig restaurant/bar med masser af "huller" i menukortet og masser af "not haves" samt et desværre lavt og af tjenerne ligegyldigt præsteret serviceniveau. Spis i stedet på nogle af byens glimrende spisesteder - det gjorde jeg! Kommer sandsynligvis igen; dog udelukkende pga. beliggenheden...
