"Very convenient for airport"

"We had an early morning arrival into ICN from Vietnam (around 6:00 a.m.), with our next flight to Chicago not departing until about 10:00 a.m., so we decided to book a room at the transit hotel—and it exceeded my expectations. The room was extremely clean, and the linens were fresh and smelled wonderful, which is always my first indicator of comfort. The room included a private shower with soap, shampoo, and lotion, as well as a sink. A very thoughtful touch was the house slippers provided for both of us. Most importantly, we were able to get a few solid hours of sleep, which made a tremendous difference before our 12-hour flight back to Chicago. The hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 2, which made everything incredibly easy. I’ve traveled through ICN before and we ended up trying to sleep in airport pods. That experience was loud, uncomfortable, and not ideal, especially when you don’t feel secure sleeping with your belongings out. This transit hotel was a completely different (and far superior) experience. Check-in was seamless and fast. I provided my name and passport, received a key, and was in my room in under a minute. Check-out was just as easy—handed back the key and headed straight to my gate, which was only a few minutes away. Overall, this was such a pleasant, stress-free experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this transit hotel to anyone with a layover at ICN who wants comfort and convenience without leaving the airport."
