"Great hotel- but booked specifically for the air conditioner which did not work. Requested for it to be evaluated and they said nothing was wrong with it (our son was in the next room and his worked amazing). Frustrating but otherwise excellent."

"We found this to be a lovely hotel and the Prinzlauer district and a good base for exploring Berlin. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent, although the wait staff were somewhat unfriendly. The staff at the front desk, however were very friendly and helpful. "We were so disappointed with our stay here. Both mornings we stayed our electricity short circuited, leaving us in darkness and no power, making it impossible to work and get ready for the day. The first morning it happened the man on reception showed no kindness or empathy and told us we had to wait until later for someone to arrive to fix it. "Nice clean room in a convenient location. However, it was warm so needed to keep the windows open (and didn't see the plug-in fan until the next morning). Note that this location is on a noisy tram line so it was very hard to sleep with the windows open! There is no staff at this location, which can be a plus or minus, just make sure to pay exact attention to how to key in the codes. I would not stay here again."

"Great apartment hotel near Hackescher Markt and metro/tram/bus all within a few minutes. Our studio was very spacious and has basic cooking essentials for cooking. Market was around the corner, which was super convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and super convenient to sightsee Berlin."

"On arrival to hotel we were lucky as our room was ready earlier than expected which was fantastic! The hotel is maintained well immaculately clean and staff always helpful with a smile. The room was great and the shower in the bathroom was the most powerful we have experienced anywhere we have travelled which was superb. Thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"After checking in after midnight, we did not appreciate being woken by housekeeping at 8.30am to clean our room. When I confirmed that we were still sleeping, housekeeping argued and said we were to check out. Not the service expected of a Westin."
