"Had booked this hotel for a couple of nights. On arrival check in was good and we decided to upgrade to a suite. It was only after this we were told that to use any of the spa facilities it was an extra €25 per person per day for a 2 hour slot. I think that's excessive when paying €140 per night. ..."
