"Hospitality when someone arrived with lots og luggage in a cold weather/raining. No one there to assist atleast to open the door. I booked a room on 15 and 16 march and thein on 22 march 2024 which included breafast but was charged separately"

"The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, and housekeeping was very responsive. Breakfast can be provided in room or in the lobby, so please be aware that there is no common dining area. The quality and quantity of food was great-- well worth it! "The room is very convenient for walking around Boston - and is right next to Boston University (noise). Unfortunately the noise from the city (sirens, traffic, yelling, etc) and light were very loud/noticeable. The room has only metal blinds and would greatly benefit from room darkening, heavy curtains to help eliminate some of that. Everything was clean.
