If I remember the staff’s name correctly, Antonio (or the staff who waited for me until midnight on Sept 29 due to lack of phone service) I truly appreciate your kindness and generosity in responding to my messages upon my arrival at the airport. I was truly worried when I connected to the WiFi and received the message of possible cancellation of my booking. I was traveling and exhausted with no energy to find another accommodation so late at night. Thank you for your support and for allowing me to leave my luggage downstairs until the morning. You’re sincerely appreciated. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend! "

"A very good sized suite, with great views of the port area from the large terrace.The spa opening times could be improved as well as the steam room not working during our stay. A small walk to the old town 10 to 15 mins but overall a clean pleasant modern hotel that ticks many boxes"

"I was a solo female traveler and loved this hotel. Importantly, I felt very safe. Romina was lovely with my check in, she gave me a map and highlighted some key areas to help me orientate. All staff were very friendly and the hotel was modern and clean. The shower was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable"
