"O apartamento é bom, mas fui surpreendido por uma cobrança de USD 180 adicionais de taxa de luz. TAXA DE LUZ!! Mesmo não sendo mencionada no email ou aplicativo do Hoteis.com.
O rapaz do atendimento então me disse que cobraria somente o meu consumo, me fez tirar foto do relógio de luz com o número do meu apartamento, mas no final da estadia ele disse que se "enganou" e que o relógio correto era outro, quero sua vez estava com o número de outro apartamento em cima. Lamentável.
