"Upon arrival there were homeless loitering in the parking lot. The front lobby was dirty, there was blood on the walls of the elevator. The room was dirty, there was urine on the sheets of the bed. It was disgusting. The one good thing was the front desk helped us out and voided out our stay for a refund."

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was super friendly, helpful and aways polite. Our room was sparkling clean and hotel in general had a pleasant smell of pines and was well maintained. We also loved tha GOOD tea was always available in the lobby!"

"Service was friendly. Overall cleanliness was OK. Secondary lock for door was missing. Electronic key only worked with a lot of effort. No electric outlets in bathroom for blow dryer or shaver. Heater was super noisy. Worked fine for a place to sleep, but left a lot to desire for amenities and overall quality."
