"Hotel was very dirty inside & out. Garbage strewn throughout the parking lot. Other guests across the hall were very loud and every time a door shut we could hear it echo into our suite. We were not happy that there were patrons smoking marijuana in the halls and in the room next to ours. The smell drifted through our vents. The staff was not very friendly apon check in and just kind of handed us our key and said there you go. No directions to room or told us about amenities that are included....

"Good location, spacious room, liked the pool My only complaint is that the room was never cleaned while we were gone. It was OK for the first day, but I even requested that the trash be taken out and towels to please be replaced for my room to the employee that was cleaning the rooms on our floor and she did not do anything. We were gone for the majority of the day, so there was plenty of time to get in the room."

"It was average at best. The bed was very lumpy and squishy, and my room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator (some rooms didn’t have them due to renovations). It was fine, but if I come back, I will stay somewhere else, even if I had to pay more money."

"So mostly it was a great stay except the pool smelled a little like mildew. The Jacuzzi tub in our first room was broken in the fact the cold water was not working. But General Manager was very happy to help us and move us to another room. Other than that everything else was great."

"A hidden gem! This place was perfect for my last minute solo trip. My room was very quiet, the bed was cozy, hot water was immediate - I had everything I needed! The breakfast wasn’t for me, having celiac, but it was nice that they had hot coffee ready to go. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I will use this hotel again in the future, as the location is very close to my friends’ house and to downtown Edmond - a SUPER cute town."
