"After staying 10 days and having vip status for late checkout at 12pm. I was refused 12:30 saying I have to pay huge rate for 30 minutes. This is 4 or 5th stay also. At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it"

"This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well.
Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings.
The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats"

"The best thing about this hotel is the location. 350m from RAC arena and super close to lots of shops and amenities. However the hotel is very average at best. Firstly requiring a $250 should be made aware at the time of booking, rather than at check in. Secondly, the beds aren’t super comfortable, doable for one night but any longer would’ve caused issues. Thirdly, in our room we had an oxygen generator which wasn’t a great sign, then our shower head was broken. Very average experience and not...

"Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "
