Needs improvement: The floor was not very clean. When I accidentally dropped something, I noticed a lot of pet hair on the carpet. There were stains and burns as well. "While the receptionist was nice the room itself was for lack of a better term, awful. None of the outlets worked and it was clear based on the fact that there was a power box behind the mini fridge that it was a known problem. We needed to fix our toilet so it would not keep running, the knob on the Jacuzzi was broken off and unusable, and the drain in the shower/bathtub needed to be constantly flipped up and back down to drain any water. That being said, parking was good."

Check in was not good, but the gentleman at the front desk wasn't at fault- he was new and our reservation was not right or something so he had to shuffle things around, but he got us taken care of in about 45 minutes. No coffee on property so had to dress and go to restaurant in the morning. It said mini fridge- there wasn't- said complimentary breakfast in casino- for an additional fee(?)- but casino and restaurant were closed!!! Saturday night people were outside...

"Great, easy stay"

"Everything... even the vents on the AC were immaculate. I normally have sinus issues... not there... I did my normal nostril rinse, clear... slept great. It is near a hospital so you hear sirens, but they are not horribly loud. All in all terrific place to stay, will totally stay again."

"The shower in our room did not work, couldn't get the water off of extreme hot or extreme cold..no in between. The tiptoe seat was loose. We Went to breakfast before 9 and barely any food was in there and what they was was cold, the room was filthy, no lids for coffee cups. Gross. The staff did get more food after my husband talked to them, and they seemed to care about the issues in our room."
