Lovely setting - didn’t quite work

We checked in at 8.35 pm and there seemed to be some confusion as to who we were. Eventually after some between staff discussions, we’re taken to a room which was not the one we booked. Staff didn’t speak much English but there were 4 beds so was the minimum. They provided with one small bottle of water for 4! Room was very hot and no ac. Tap on kitchenette sprayed water from Body of tap, splash back missing and the kitchenette divider was also missing. Overall, the place had a feel of somewhere which had a lovely boutique idea and then fell away. Wifi didn’t work in room (disastrous with two teenagers!). Declined breakfast for EUR 12 each (cold buffet) and popped over road to supermarket. No information in room on hotel or of area. It just about worked for an overnight stay.

ça se dégrade!

Bonjour, Je fréquente cet établissement depuis plusieurs années et globalement, cela s'est toujours passé correctement. Mon dernier séjour n'a pas été à l'identique, car le jour de mon départ, on a constaté que ma chambre avait été débitée deux fois et ce n'était bien sûr, pas de leur faute. L'hôtesse d'accueil, ce matin là, m'a été fortement irrespectueuse. De plus la propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas irréprochable. Trois araignées et de la poussière en quantité sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Pas de support de pommeau de douche (3*!!!). Le buffet du petit déjeuner plus que moyen pour le prix facturé, nous étions deux clients et il n'y avait plus de viennoiserie!

un peu déçus

Séjour pour le week end prolongé du 14 juillet déception :pas de restaurant pour tout le séjour petit déjeuner très moyen et mal réapprovisionné surtout en café Dans la chambre il manque un petit meuble à tiroirs et à l'arrivée il manquait des serviettes qui ont été fournies sur demande

Prettig verblijf, met wat ongemakken

Bij aankomst bleek het naastgelegen restaurant gesloten. We hebben in het centrum van Joinville een ander restaurant gevonden. Wifi was niet bruikbaar in de kamers, enkel buiten in de tuin en wanneer weinig andere gasten verbonden waren.
