Great place for short staycation!

Value-for-money homestay with good facilities such as swimming pool, kitchen and washing machine. The customer support was also very responsive and helped to make the stay more comfortable.

Room is very clean . WiFi is very good . Pool is nice . Aiir coins very good . Washing machine and bath room are good . No fridge Jacuzzi is very hard to use because You have to follow a security guard around for half an hour so he can get keys to unlock the door to the roof spa. You need to have a car if you stay here because no shops or restaurants nearby. Checking out was a pain . I had to walk to the next street with my luggage in the heat to return my keys. This should be made easier

Things could have been better

The upkeep of the apartment was not too bad, except for 1) the sofa was quite out of shape, 2) crack on the aircon power switch. As they do not have service stuff onsite to issue key card for the apartment, the collection of the card is quite a nightmare for me. They told me that the cards are to be collected outside the apartment, but as I arrived late, I dont even know where to find this e-locker.

Person managing is responsive but not unit

Check in staff is friendly and responsive but unit not ideal. Neighbours play loud music early in morning, wall is thin such that can hear neighbour alarm clock, although at top floor, knocking and renovation start at surrounding after 8am, road noise from truck also hearable. As unit is studio, no walls for room, blinds in unit is missing/not installed, light shone in after 8am. Lastly, the charges for unit is nearly 50% to fees and taxes whereas other units is only less than $10, this will greatly reduced your reaards nights for redemption and it takes 20 - 30 mins at least to drive to KSL Mall. Food choices is limited to the restaurant at level 5 and another by road side outside condo

The apartment was probably vacant for sometime so the stuffiness and dusts were very obvious. We had to do a little mopping ourselves to remove those things. It would have been better if the bed sheets were replaced and the space aired prior to the day of our check in. The toilet on the 2nd bedroom had a leaking sink. The neighbor above us was really loud between 12 midnight and 3 am. Otherwise the place is pleasant for our stay.
