"Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality."

"Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for...

"Clean and comfortable rooms. The threshold to the bathroom was an impediment"

"The staff were excellent I have health issues and they went above and beyond to bring me food and help me to the Airport. Nick and Rachel and staff . I found the bed uncomfortable and had no bath . The food I had was good and fresh . Service was fast ."

"Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."

"Great staff, lovely chilled spa area, great stay"

"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Gleddoch! We always choose to visit for either my birthday or my other half’s, and it never disappoints. The spa is lovely and so relaxing, making it the perfect place for a little getaway. This time, we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade after my other half mentioned it was my birthday, and the room was amazing! The staff are always so lovely and welcoming at check-in, and everyone is so helpful. We always have a fantastic stay and would highly recommend...

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. The pool, sauna and steam room were...

"An amazing place and family friendly"

"My second time staying and it wasn't as good as the first. The check in was not as smooth as the machine wasn't working and the location proved unpleasant. I tried to go to the cash point and was immediately confronted by what can only be described as local drunks. I turned back and then was nearly run over by an Uber delivery driver with no lights on. I mentioned to the guys near the check in desks and they said "stay safe". Not great, I cannot lie."

"Nice hotel, helpful staff, plenty parking onsite and comfy rooms. Buffet breakfast was very good."

"great view"

"Lovely hotel and the staff were very accomodating and helpful."

"Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again."

"Very handy for the SEC, we had a pizza here for dinner which was well priced and good quality, perfect for a quick meal before a show. Breakfast had an excellent choice."
