"The overall state was good. The place itself is a little bit old and dated, but that’s why I went there in the first place I kind of want it more of a personal homestyle feeling. I did have an issue with my first room, but the staff resolved it and move me to a different room and the other room was much better. My biggest complaint would be the TVs. They’re so small like 24 inch and something is wrong with the picture where the aspect ratio is even smaller than a 24 inch screen that is on. It’s almost equivalent to watching something bigger than an iPad. But that’s my biggest complaint."

"Clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast had almost no protein options—we took the last 3 hard boiled eggs on the buffet. Indoor pool closed at 7 pm—not good if you’re looking to let your kids get some energy out after a long travel day. Overall it was ok. Not quite what I was looking for though."

"The rooms themselves weren't awful, but I will say that the website is very misleading about the parking situation. They do offer "on-site" parking, but it's on a "first come, first served basis." Meaning, if you are there on a busy weekend, you will NOT be guaranteed a parking spot, but rather will have to PAY for daily parking at a nearby garage where you will have to walk back and forth between there & the hotel... & not be able to see your vehicle. That kind of sucked. Their pool is outdoor only, & in DESPERATE need of maintenance. I could count 5 different coats of paint from how badly it was peeling - & their built-in-to-the-wall is slimy & unsafe. It's also unheated & on a rooftop, so more than a little chilly! Half the reason we booked this hotel were because of the supposedly included parking & the beautiful pool. Deceptive. Then there's the breakfast. It says on the site that it's included. *Surprise* That's also not the case. If you don't purchase tickets in advance with your room it is EIGHTEEN DOLLARS A PERSON! I did not have the extra $90 for a singular hotel breakfast, so we drove to WalMart & picked up some breakfast items there... another added expense that I had not planned for. Thank God we had the fridge & microwave, (which were both clean) - we stayed for 3 days. We would have been up the creek without a paddle. My son asked for an extra blanket since he & his brother were sharing a bed. He was told that they didn't have any. They gave him a sheet. :)"

"Because of an overlooking error by another APP, there were many angry room seekers around the city of Mobile, Alabama. Using this app, I made other arrangements to stay at the Hampton Inn in Saraland, Al. The gentleman behind the counter was very cool under pressure, collected and professional in his demeanor. Because the night was hot and humid, after confirming my arrangements, he immediately handed me two bottles of water, coupled with his previously stated traits, immediately abated my frustration with the previous hotel's experience. Making my stay in the pristine accommodations both memorable and enjoyable!!! Before heading to my room, I warned him that there would probably be many others heading here because of the frustrating situation occurring in Mobile with overlooking and these individuals would probably be surly to say the least. He just pleasantly smiled and said he would be here waiting for them. A VERY professional young man.!!!"
