The person who checked me on made my stay exceptional and she even called to check if the room was satisfactory after I checked in and went to the room. I regret not taking her name but I recommend her service and think the room with balcony was great. I loved the amenities. The rooftop pool and bar and staff. Super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend here and the area has a buzz. Nice shops and restaurants.

Handy for Sunbet Arena & Times Square restaurants

This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square. The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking is in an underground secure parking lot - make sure you park in a spot marked “C Reserved” on r you’ll get clamped!

The property is in perfect condition. It is safe, clean and in a walkable zone with restaurants and shops. Also easy to reach from the highways. Strongly recommend.

Pleasant place

A new hotel that still needs some minor issues attended to, but well located and pleasant large rooms with balconies. The restaurant on the d16th floor is really enjoyable and I will stay here again
