Me and the wife had opportunity to stay at this property. Because our flight was delayed, it caused us to arrive one day later. Even though this hotel wasnāt fully booked they still charged us for the day. We werenāt even there which we felt to be very unprofessional because of the situation. The best part of us stay in this hotel was the staff which were very welcoming. Standing out was one of the guards men named William and another gentleman who was a concierge named Leon. unfortunately, construction was going on at this hotel when we arrived therefore, there was several mornings where we were unable to sleep because of the noise. We did notify staff and the noise did calm down a little, however, because this hotel was not full we thought perhaps they would move us to a less noisy area,. There was a time when we came out of the room and the truck was blocking us from even getting to our car. no total shade on this facility because overall it was clean. However, accommodations could have been a little better. Because the hotel is not cheap we thought perhaps they would have a microwave in the room for when you got hungry and wanted to heat something up. However, they did offer room service to warm the food up for you however that was an inconvenience to us and we didnāt want to feel obligated to tip every time we did anything. Not a bad hotel however for the money paid, our stay could have been more pleasant.
