Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities

Beware the hidden costs!

Could not swim in the pool; as it was dirty; no toilet paper in room on last day of stay; no coffee in room on most days - had to ask for it; toiletries were insufficient; additional costs for airport shuttle and taxes not mentioned in advertisement; many dogs on premises and out of control - a real nuisance; no manager on site only a house-keeper; owner not responding to correspondence; owner demanding cash payment in full 2 days before departure - does not take VISA/Master card and does not provide Value added Tax statement for which additional cash payment was demanded. Fortunately, the bed linen was clean & location close to CBD,
