The personal is so friendly ans supportive. Food was good. The place was fantastic, it does not feel like you are in town, even so near the big malls and busy area.

Nice overnight stay

Beautiful guesthouse, if you can afford it, opt for the bigger rooms, breakfast was good, good for an overnight stay. Ensure all guests have their IDs with them, it was really annoying that we all needed IDs at check in, that has never happened before.

Highly recommended

I have been staying here for years as a business traveller. The rooms are spacious, well equipped with fast Wifi and plug points and the back up power is excellent, so that I was never affected by power outages, which is a big plus in today's South Africa. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The gardens are amazing and provide a good safe place to chill out after a days work. The security is good and I always feel safe. There is an interesting selection of art works throughout the property that add to the whole experience. Breakfasts are delivered to your room and the food is excellent. Highly recommended.

Everything was Outstanding.

The place was amazing, very clean and quiet. I recommend the guest house to anyone who need peace of mind and relaxing.The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious especially their breakfast.

It was a great decision to choose Prinshof. We received excellent service the food was amazing and they have the most beautiful gardens. Even though its in the City if you are there you only hear the birds chirping no roaring of cars etc. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Lovely place to stay and catch your breath in Pretoria. Gardens are superb and spacious and the decor and artwork in the buildings a pleasure look at. Staff are friendly and very helpful and made me feel like a welcome guest. Highly recommended.

Clean place

When I got to the hotel, i was surprised to go throught the form that indicated dinner was available as which I wasn't aware about it, when i told the that i wasn't aware that we were suppose to request for dinner before 14:00. How do you request dinner before checkin in and it should also indicate their site when booking, that spoiled the whole thing because i had to drive out at night to find a place to eat. Slow check in the reason we make bookings online is to get there and enjoy our stay. Not to sit and look at the reception.:-(
