Hyvän kokoinen asunto lähellä keskustaa. Siistit pyyhkeet ja lakanat, hyvä varustelu. Valitettavasti siisteystaso oli ala-arvoinen. Vaaleat sukat likaantuivat heti, eli lattiaa ei oltu puhdistettu. Sängystä löytyi käytetty kumihanska, lattialla ja sohvalla oli roiskeita, sälekaihtimet eivät toimineet ja repsottivat puolessa ikkunassa. Wi-Fi-yhteys ei toiminut. WC-paperia oli kaksi rullaa yhteensä viidelle hengelle kolmeksi vuorokaudeksi.

Kalevankadun asunto

Todella siisti asunto ja hyvällä paikalla. Autonkin sai melkein oven eteen ja parkkipaikkoja riitti kadunvarressa. Hyvät kalusteet, keittiössä kaikki tarpeellinen. Sängyt saa erikoiskiitoksen, tosi hyvät nukkua ja tarpeeksi leveä. Ainoa mistä en pitänyt oli suihkuverho joka takertui aina kiinni. On niin pieni suihkunurkka.

全自助住宿

基本是出租公寓型住宿，一切自助，包括自行取鑰匙，自己找到公寓，垃圾要自己倒等等。雖然管理人員都會回信，但是不會出現解決問題。例如房間WiFi 沒有password，直接就說沒辦法。這個時代住宿不提供WiFi 或是不管問題是不負責任的商家。而且還威脅按照指示清潔要罰100歐元，令人傻眼。房間即使只有一個人住，還是兩張很窄的雙人床。唯一可以推薦之處就是有洗衣機，但是一開始也沒有使用指示，需要追問。

Toimiva kaupunkiasunto

Asunto mukavan tilava, siisteys perushyvä, mutta sängyt ja sohvan kangaspinnat tulisi puhdistaa paremmin kuin myös keittiön nurkkaukset, jotta asunto olisi puhtaan oloinen saavuttaessa. Lisäksi makuuhuoneeseen olisi ollut parempi parisänky, nyt huoneistossa 4 erillissänkyä. Sijainti kiva, lähellä keskustaa, nurkan takana kauppa 23 auki, kirjautuminen helppoa - kannattaa katsoa viestissä oleva video. Voisimme yöpyä uudestaan.

Kiva asunto Joensuun keskustassa

Todella kiva peruskunnossa oleva asunto hyvällä sijainnilla Joensuun keskustassa! Muuten kaikki sujui mahtavasti majoittumisessa, mutta ainoat miinuspuolet varustelutasossa: keittiön tarvikkeet mm. paistinpannun voisi uusia. Hieman myös ääniä kuului kadulta ja muista asunnoista, mutta tämä ei häirinnyt yöunia.

Ihan ok majoitus. Kylppärissä haisi home ja oli sokeritoukkia, mutta muuten ihan kelpo. Ikea-huoneisto. Sijainti 5/5.

L'appartement au top ! moderne, propre tout confort. Par contre j'avais choisi la location par rapport à l'adresse indiquée sur Hotel.com pour etre au plus près du centre mais arrivée sur place, surprise ... l'appartement était en fait à environ 1km de cette adresse. Cette adresse est celle de la recuperation des clés uniquement. Il est dommage que cette info ne soit pas donnée sur le site.

Illalla ja yöllä autojen ja moottoripyörien äänet ja niiden kaahailut kuuluivat hyvin selvästi huoneistoon. Joten emme suosittele herkkäunisille ollenkaan tätä huoneistoa tai vastaavasti pitäisi mainita asiasta ennen kuin joku herkkäuninen varaa yöpymisen. Hyvä keskeinen sijainti ja tilava asunto yöpyä. Asuntoon tullessa asunnon siivous oli puutteellista esin kaappien sisäosat olivat osin pyyhkimättä ja murusia. Ikkunan välit oli likaisia huoneistossa. Turvalukko olisi ollut mukava olla unissakävelijöiden varalta ja oman turvallisuuden vuoksi. ( mukana yksi unissakävelijä) Oli halvempi ja mukavampi vaihtoehto hotellimajoitukselle.

Tarjottu majoitus oli sopiva, hintaan nähden hotellia paljon parempi. Rappukäytävän meteli kuului sisälle, mutta uskallan suositella! Tiedoissa lukenutta ilmastointia ei ollutkaan (ilmastointi on eri asia kuin ilmanvaihto). Joensuussa hotellit ovat kalliita tasoon nähden ja valitsenkin siksi tämän jatkossa, jos on vain vapaana.

Siisti perusvarusteltu asunto

Hyvä kokemus. Asunto oli siisti ja lähiaikoina remontoitu. Hissitön kerrostalo itsessään on jo hieman vanhahko ja tämän huomaa esim. kohtuullisen kovassa naapurimelussa eli seinät/lattiat eivät juuri ääntä eristä (naapurit eivät kuitenkaan juhlineet, huutaneet tms. joten siinä mielessä ei häiriötä). Kalusteet, elektroniikka ja kodinkoneet ovat perustasoa (Ikea, Procaster jne.) mutta ihan mainiosti toimivia. Kerrostalon vieressä on todella iso maksullinen parkkipaikka. Vuokrasin kaksion, mutta sain kolmion (en osaa sanoa onko niillä jotain merkittävää eroa varustelussa tms.)

Perussiisti yksiö hyvällä sijainnilla

Majoituin siistissä, uudehkossa pikkuyksiössä hyvällä sijainnilla. Perusasiat olivat siis kunnossa ja avokeittiöstä löytyi tarvitsemani välineet yms. Yksiö oli jokseenkin askeettinen eikä erityisen viihtyisä. Näköjään sijoitusasunnoista tehdään nykyään niin pieniä, että jääkaappi on sijoitettava eteiseen ja sängystä näkyy suoraan ulko-ovelle. Tämä nyt ei lyhytaikaista majoittumista sinänsä haitannut. Huoneessa oli kaksi sänkyä, mutta nukkumaan mennessä huomasin, että vain toiseen oli pedattu vuodevaatteet, mikä tuntui vähän oudolta vaikka majoituinkin yksin (toinen tyyny olisi ollut kiva!). Olisi ollut hienoa, jos pyyhkeitä olisi ollut tarvittaessa myös saatavilla enemmän kuin yksi. En pitänyt siitä, että lähtiessä piti tiskata, ottaa vuodevaatteet pois sängystä ja viedä roskat. Olen majoittunut useamman kerran vastaavanlaisissa majoituksissa, mutta tällaisia vaatimuksia ei ole kovin usein tullut vastaan. Pieni, mutta asiakkaan näkökulmasta ärsyttävä asia. Majoitus oli siis ihan hyvä, mutta ehkä aavistuksen kallis ja koen, että samalla hinnalla on Joensuussa tarjolla majoitusta paremmalla palvelutasollakin.
