"Staff were unfriendly and rude. Did not have ironing board as advertised. Given only one washcloth but 2 of the towels. Found spiders in bathroom. Floor was not vacuumed behind couch. Continental breakfast was a joke. Would not recommend at the price of $170 per night."

"The location is great. Central & close to Linfield University. Great Mexican taqueria within walking distance. Also lots of snacks, local wine & drinks to be bought in the lobby. Staff was super nice."

The amenities and special touches provided exceeded our expectations and the property manager was extremely helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Willamette Valley area!"

"Grounds and room were wonderful. One star off bc breakfast fell short. Pastries and beverages were good, but “hot” breakfast was lukewarm, premade and just heated up, not made to order. I barely ate any of it. Not up to the standard of what would be expected from such a lovely property in the middle of a farm. We have stayed at multiple b & bs in the area and this was the worst food by far. I would recommend setting a time for breakfast, or asking guests what time they’d like breakfast the next...
