Ótima localização, o problema é que a avenida fecha para atividades fisicas e os funcionários do hotel não avisaram. Quase perdemos a hora do evento que iríamos.

Chego ao hotel recepcionista nada simpático me colocou em um quarto que ao entrar o ar não gelava, que o secador foi tirado para manutenção...fui usar o telefone para ligar na recepção e o mesmo não funcionava. Falei no WhatsApp e só atendem em horário comercial. Como pode não atender se tem gente na recepção, ele não podia responder? Lençóis com mancha, colchão ruim, o que resultou em noite de sono péssima. Toalhas com mau cheiro tipo o salgado Baconzitos, e manchadas. Abri o armário para colocar camisas. A impressão é que o quarto não havia sido limpo para receber hospede. Solicitei mudança de quarto e o ar funcionou porém o controle não permitia mudar a temperatura pois estava sem pilha ou com problemas. Péssimo hotel...café da manhã super fraco

Os funcionários são muito prestativos principalmente a Daise e as meninas e meninos da cozinha. A Yasmin também me atendeu prontamente quando precisei dela. Acho que como ponto de melhoria seria as roupas de cama e banho que são ruins em um nível surreal (achei a toalha de banho bem encardida) O quarto tinha um pouco de mofo também. O café da manhã é simples mas muito bom, eles fritam o ovo e preparam a tapioca na hora e isto é ótimo pq é ruim aquele monte de ovo na bandeja de self.

Quando cheguei o quarto tinha cheiro de pano molhado, além disso não colocaram papel higiênico no banheiro, falei na recepção sobre isso pela manhã e quando cheguei à noite ainda não tinha sido colocado o papel. Tive que ir novamente pedir, e só assim disponibilizaram. Tirando isso, o quarto é confortável, bem espaço, o café da manhã é gostoso e fui muito bem recepcionada tanto pelos atendentes quanto ao pessoal da cozinha.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Numa área super tranquila e próximo de tudo. Os funcionários são edicados e atenciosos. O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura. O quarto era grande e bastante confortável.
