"When we pulled the sheets back to lay down, the sheets were stained. When I told the front desk about it, they handed me a clean set of sheets and never offered to have house cleaning replace them."

"Spent two nights. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast and happy hour buffets were substantial and tasty. The hotel manager came around to ask guests how their stay was going. Didn't use the pool but it looked well-maintained. Ticked all my boxes. Highly recommend."

"This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). I understand that this place is important to house people who may otherwise be unhoused, but it still needs to be maintained. No one should have to live or stay in this filth."

"This hotel stinks. As soon as you walk in, the smell of mildew/mold just about knocks you over. The linens were worn and ratty, and do not smell clean. There was a dark ring in the toilet and stains in the tub. The remodel is nice, but it is not taken care of. We were honestly shocked."

"Room was dirty. Bathroom was nasty. Only had one towel and one dirty looking wash cloth. Walls needed painting. The air conditioner wasn't working. TV reception was terrible. Bed was lumpy and hard. Worst experience in a motel we have had!"
