"The staff here has excellent attitude in helping guest to resolve their issue. We left a jacket in one of the Didi ride. Fiona helped me to navigate through the complex process of reterieving a lost item through the Didi app as a local phone number was required. We managed to get back our jacket. Kudos to Fiona and the team!"

"Wonderful hotel, exquisite lobby, attentive, staff, helpful service, comfortable bed, and clean room. About a 15 minute walk from Jiafengbei pedestrian street and convenient metro transportation right outside the hotel. They also have a nice looking pool that I checked out, but did not actually swim. Would definitely stay again!"

The words written on each light button are too small for people who cannot read small prints. I suggest you number each button from 1 to 8 or 9, indicate what each button is for, laminate it and stick it on the wall or bedside table. "
