"Was supposed to depart at 6. I showed up at 5:15 and waited until 6 before i started calling their phone number. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."

No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. "The host whoever that evil person is the first night she was supposed to meet me at the Rendezvous place of whatever place it was didn't show up I waited for 4 hours in the dark with no phone call no nothing I called and called and called and called and nobody would answer for days I didn't get to stay one night on that boat that I thought was a cabin the boat was parked 200 yards out in the water and she expected me to get a kayak somewhere and roll out there with my luggage and belongings for...

"The hotel was under construction and was not maintained. Garbage and metal roofing qas being rossed from rooftop to walkway right at our room door. It was incredibly loud and incredibly dangerous. Was not even thrown close to caution taped iff area. Was just thrown pretty forcefully to walkway. That being said, the staff was incredibly professional. and accommodating "

No hot water (at least at the sink?), the door is not sealed so all outside noises are heard as if the door isn’t even shut and finally, I couldn’t even lock the deadbolt from the outside.
