"Clean room, convenient location, friendly staff"

"My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"Only 1 elevator was working , front desk staff wasn’t the nicest and welcoming but that’s whatever , the pool was good and my balcony view was great , but a bit pricy for not really getting much ."

"The property is clean and well kept. The air conditioning in the lobby and bar/restaurant area was out which was unfortunate. The breakfast was very good and the staff handling it was very friendly and efficient. The first room we had was clean and comfortable but out TV stopped working and maintenance couldn't get it working so the next day the head maintenance guy still couldn't figure it out so after a little over 2 hours they moved us to an upgraded room which was very nice and everything...

"We were in an ocean view balcony studio. When we first walked in, everything was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. As we checked around the studio, which really was a separate bedroom and a separate living room kitchen. The door to the balcony in the bedroom was totally inoperative so we could not use that balcony. The door to the balcony in the living room worked, but you could not lock it. There was no thermostat in the room to give you any temperature control. The way they had it set....

"We stayed for one night on our way to Miami. It looks like they are in the middle of renovating the property. The outside is a little shabby but the rooms were super clean and up to date! We were able to walk from our room right out onto the beach. The pool was empty and in disrepair on our visit but we weren't interested in that amenity. If you are, you may want to check on that. Overall great stay and totally worth the price of admission!"

"No one was at the desk upon arrival we're around the corner eating, one person. She didn't smile she barely spoke. Elevator opened to a humid, very hot corridor, room smelled like cheese, when is back down to request another room and I waited 15 minutes for someone to show. No one. I even knocked on the employee only doors, nothing. I called, could hear the phone ringing, nothing. "Room is huge and for the price u can’t get anything that fits like at least ten people there but it’s not very clean but if I needed a room in another time in a hurry for one night I would stay there again "

"Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty"
