"This is an older, smaller inn that is extremely clean, well-staffed, convenient for those staying in the Ramona area and a place I will stay again. It is not fancy but I had a good night there."

"Whenever I’m in this area, I typically stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located right next to the freeway and near family and gas stations, etc. However, this last-minute room check-in had me on the first floor and there’s definitely a drain waste venting issue in that room. It appears that the staff and or property manager is aware of it because they had an odor neutralizing tub of OdoBan next to the toilet. It doesn’t work. "On the second floor, the hotel smelled like marijuana; even though doors and windows had been opened to air it out, the odor was strong. A screw was sticking out of the bathtub handle, and the cover plate for the screws had fallen off. Luckily, I always bring my own shampoo, because the hotel's dispenser was empty."

"Staff were good but they don’t clean the room nor change the bed or bring fresh towels for your second night stay which was a bit surprising not to have fresh towels to take shower."

"We did book 2 rooms . In the first room , one of the pillow on the bed was smelling dog poop and we could hear the smalls dogs from the room next door barking like crazy. In the other bedroom , the trashes were not emptied when we arrived . The A/C was not working . Finally , the pool was freezing and the heater was not working for the pool and SPA . We won’t return there ."

"The room layout was well done, plenty of back-up towels, toiletries. The breakfast and dinner buffets at either Legoland hotel is very convenient and have good food selections. Loved that they're both located at the entrance to the park. Maybe an explanation about taking hotel pool towels to the Water Park instead of charging inside. A larger laundry room would be better."

"lovely property, the staff was very accommodating and understanding as our reservation came in at midnight due to last minute cancelation from our previous location. the staff helped us find a room and be comfortably accommodated. my only comment would be the soap and shampoo provided in the room. i personally did not find it to be enough for 2 people. other than this. we would definably come back again."
