"This was not an expensive apartment, so we did not expect 5 star, but this was not good value. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean, and there was easy access to the sea. However there was no access to the dining room balcony, as there was a massive sofa placed at the window. So no breakfast outside for me. "Friendly staff especially in the pool and spa area. It has a steam room, sauna, and pool area. It also had a spa in the building. We had a corner sea view room. It was nice. The neighborhood has to grow on you. Split is like a city and has a lot of graffiti but most things are walking distance but Uber is affordable and convenient. It was great exploring the Old Town. If you are there more than three days, go to the pier to book boat tours and excursions. It is way cheaper in person."

"The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. "Only stayed the one night after a sailing trip. Very beautiful apartment. Very comfy bed! Great shower. Excellent location. Friendly owners who were very helpful letting me drop off my luggage at 11am to save me carrying around until room ready a bit later on. They even offered me a lift from my arrival point and back to airport (at extra cost) which although I did not use was a handy option to have. Would stay here again if I return to Split."

"High lights: beach, pool access was terrific and not ness the norm considering other properties on Brac in both Suptar and Bol that I saw. Love the spacious room. Mostly staff were kind and lovely toward us. Think property is comprised mainly of domestic tourists w a few international. Loved being around local families.
