Perfect location a 10 minute walk from the main tourist area. Spacious room but no coffee making facilities, which was a shame. Well appointed bathroom too. Hotel has an interesting film library downstairs and there is a cafe, but that doesn’t open until 9am. We would stay here again.

좋아용

기대 많이 안했는데 호텔이 꽤나 크고 방도 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 다른 호텔에 비해 프론트에 직원분들이 적긴 한데 불편함 없이 도와주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 미리 체크인 하게되어 짐을 맡겼고 다음날 결혼식차 전주 방문한거여서 다리미가 필요했는데, 관광후 돌아오니 방에 짐과 다리미 셋팅해주셔서 너무 편했네요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

직원의 실수로 ktx 기차도 놓치고 대신 고속버스로 서울을 갈수있도록 도움을 부탁하였는데 이것도 날자를 다른날자로 구입을 해주어서 직원의 두번째 실수로 고속버스도 놓침 참으로 황당하였습니다. 저의 잘못도 있었습니다.직원이 탑승날자가 다른날로 구입한 티겟을 확인하지않고 호텔을 택시타고 고속 터미날로 가서 확인이 되어 버스도 놓침 미국에서 오랜만에 한국방문을해서 잘몰라 내 스스로 구입을 하지 못한것을 후회하였습니다. 그러나 실수이었기에 이해하기로 하였습니다. 감사합니다.

편리한 위치지만 당황스러움의 연속

객리단길에 있어서 밤늦도록 시끄럽다. 딱딱하고 좁은 침대, 썩은 냄새가 나는 수건, 휴지통 없음의 콜라보. 욕조안에서 씻어주길 바란다는 안내를 받고나서 알겠다고 했는데 샤워커튼이 없다는걸 알고나서 좀 당황스러웠다.

냉방과 난방을 중앙에서 관리하고 전원과 온도만 설정할 수 있는 게 아쉬웠지만 전주 타 호텔의 냉난방 시스템보다는 편해서 비교적 오히려 좋았습니다 주차 공간이 객실에 비해 부족하다 했는데 제가 갔을 때는 빈 공간이 많아서 주차하기 무난했어요 조용하게 쉴 수 있어서 좋았고 다음에 또 전주에 가게 된다면 영화호텔에 머물 것 같습니다 아쉬운 게 하나 있다면 배수가 잘 안됐어요

Personnel au top mais chambre sans âme à rafraîchi

Très sympathique personnel à l'accueil parlant très bien anglais et très serviable, indiquant les lieux et restaurants à visiter. La chambre avait une salle de bain en bon état et propre, mais la chambre sentait le renfermé, la moquette n'inspire pas confiance et les lits sont aussi moelleux qu'une planche en bois. L'éclairage est froid, sans lampe au niveau du lit. L'hôtel est bien situé, et a une intéressante vidéothèque au 2 étage.

한옥마을과 걸어서 다닐 수 있었구요, 주변에 술집이 많아 밤에 소음이 조금 있는거와 주차장 면수가 부족해 외부나 도로가에 주차해야하는 거 외에는 퍼펙트합다
