"I wish we could have stayed here longer. We travel alot and have stayed at many different hotels, but this one so far is the best. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast amazing with many options. Location is perfect as well, no issue finding a parking space. "

"They take $100 out of your bank account and hold it until after you check out. We stay in a lot of hotels, and haven’t had this issue with other hotels. "

"won't stay here again. Staff was lovely though. We had to change rooms due to the lack of cleanliness of the first one. Hair on the bathroom floor. Shower head had pink mold on it. 3rd floor elevator made our room constantly vibrate and the doors to rattle. 2nd room was cleaner. But the hallway ceiling tiles were very stained. Needs much updating."

"I have stayed at the Jefferson Inn numerous times over the past five years. I have always found it to be a very good value. They provide all of the basics. Bed, tv, bathroom, etc., meet my needs very well. On one visit, I left my driver's license at the motel, and they mailed it to me. I will stay there again. Parking is very convenient. There are places nearby to eat and get gas."

"This hotel was pretty new and it was beautiful! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Super clean!"

"The ad said that breakfast was included. My confirmation email said it was "light" breakfast. I was ok that this cost $25 more than other places with no breakfast. However, I was lured in by the breakfast and bait and switched with this supposed light one. The juice machine was broke, and the only food available was oatmeal packets. I've had places that had light breakfast but this was completely misleading and I won't ever go there again."

"Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. "

"Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. "

"Booked a hotel room for two nights. Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end. Ended up being moved to another hotel that didn’t have a pool, so my kids were all bummed out. That’s the reason we booked this one in the first place. The poor front desk guy was...

"My whole experience was excellent. The beds are so comfy. The breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant. I slept so well. I love the Holiday Inn express."

"The rooms carpet was fraying by the edge of the vinyl flooring. The bathtub had rust spots. The blinds on all three windows were broken. I have pictures of all of these complaints. The staff told me that every room is booked and everyone has checked in. Then twenty minutes later he called me and told me there was a cancellation and a room was available. How could that be if everyone was checked in. He only did this because I asked for the manager or when the manager was going to be there."

"The knob on the microwave was broken. The water on the bathroom wouldn't turn off all the way. The door wouldn't shut all the way. And the " Free" breakfast was a joke there was a waffle maker but no mix or much of anything. It was a very sad experience "

"Super nice staff. Amazing motorcycle collection. Quiet safe location. Rooms are fresh renovations Unique experience for motorcycle fans. Associated with next door Quality Inn, breakfast is available there. Will stay again next time I'm in the area"
